Hi sir...my mother is always crying.she has an unknown fear.she cannot sleep well.everyday she wakes up at 4 o clock in the morning and aftr that she cant sleep even if she tries..she is around 45 yrs of age..i m thinking to take her to a psychiatrist..pls suggest.......achint

Taking her to a psychiatrist is a good decision. From her symptoms it appears she is suffering from paranoia and depression. A psychiatrist can counsel her and may start medicines if the need be.
